Letterpress Thank You Card: Japanese Penguin by Fomato

About:

Fomato is a stationery store inspired by watercolor art, and Taiwanese and Japanese stationery.  The stationery/greeting cards are written/drawn/nitpicked by Emmie Hsu, and are sold in retail shops in the U.S., Canada, and some other places. 

This original design was hand-painted with Chinese paintbrushes and calligraphy ink on premium raw rice paper, and then made into a letterpress plate and individually pressed on a vintage flatbed cylinder press, onto soft cotton paper.

A1/4-Baronial card size (3.5 x 4.875 inches). Sleeved with gold envelope.

Greeting reads: Arigato ("thank you" in Japanese)
