About Mal Designs:

Mal Tran is a ceramic artist who began Mal Designs in San Francisco in December 2021 as a fun hobby that grew into a passion that was hands-on and therapeutic experience. Her journey allowed her to find the beauty in the imperfect and find grace in the mistakes. 

She is inspired by childhood nostalgia as Vietnamese-American and the natural beauties of the world including florals, earth tones, and minimal designs. She is currently an instructor for Intro to Wheel and you can find her selling at local popups and markets around the Bay Area seasonally. You can stay updated on her Instagram @mal.designs
