The Calm Buddy Box

The Calm Buddy Box is curated to provide a fun and calming experience centered on mindfulness, it includes a variety of playful items that children (ages 3+) will enjoy. Along with the fun items in the box are toys that promote relaxation such as the liquid motion bubble timer and Warmies® plush animal, weighted, and filled with an all-natural grain filling and lightly-scented real french lavender. Mindfulness together with play can help children feel more at ease and focused on the present moment by using all of their senses to develop an awareness about themselves and the world around them.
